Frequently Asked Questions- Assembly

1. Is the bike fully assembled when delivered?

No. The main parts are pre-assembled, but the following components require user assembly:

  • Front wheel

  • Handlebar

  • Pedals

  • Training wheels (if included)

  • Saddle

  • Basket (if included)

Tip: We recommend adult supervision and following the manual carefully, or having a professional assemble the bike.

2. How do I know which pedal goes on which side?

  • The Left Pedal is marked with “L” and should be tightened counterclockwise.

  • The Right Pedal is marked with “R” and should be tightened clockwise.

⚠️ Installing the pedals on the wrong side may damage the threads.

3. How do I install the training wheels?

  • Attach each training wheel to the rear axle on both sides.

  • Use the included nuts and washers to secure.

  • Ensure the wheels are level and evenly adjusted for balance.

4. How do I adjust the handlebar?

  • Loosen the handlebar clamp screw.

  • Adjust the height and angle of the handlebar.

  • Align with the front wheel and tighten the screw firmly.

5. Do I need to adjust the brakes?

Yes. For safety, test the brakes before use:

  • Check if the brake lever feels tight and responsive.

  • Adjust the brake cable tension if braking is weak.

  • Refer to the manual for detailed steps or visit a bike shop.

6. Why are the tires under-inflated?

For safe shipping, tires are only partially inflated:

  • Inflate using a standard pump.

  • Check the sidewall for recommended PSI.

  • Do not overinflate to avoid bursting.
