Common After-Sales Issues
I cannot install the left pedal.
The left pedal has a reverse thread.
Left pedal → tighten counterclockwise
Right pedal → tighten clockwise
Both pedals are marked with “L” and “R”.
The handlebar or front wheel is not straight.
This is normal during shipping. Please:
·Loosen the handlebar bolts
·Align the handlebar with the front wheel
·Tighten the bolts again
The training wheels are uneven.
Please adjust both training wheels to the same height before tightening the nuts.

Why does the rear brake work by pedaling backward?
This bike uses a coaster brake system.
To stop the bike:
·Simply pedal backward gently
·This design is safer and easier for young children.
The brake rubs against the wheel.
Minor rubbing may happen after shipping.
Usually this can be fixed by:
·Centering the brake
·Adjusting the wheel position slightly

The tire looks uneven or bumpy.
This is usually caused by the tire bead not sitting fully inside the rim during shipping.
Please:
·Deflate the tire completely
·Push the tire evenly into the rim
·Reinflate slowly
The wheel seems slightly bent.
Small wheel deviations can happen during transportation.
If riding is affected, please contact us with a video and we will help resolve the issue.

I cannot find the pedals or small parts.

·Plastic bags inside the carton
·Small parts are often packed separately for protection.
I am missing screws or hardware.
If any washers or small parts seem to be missing, they may still be attached to the axle protection caps used during shipping.
Please check the white protective pieces on both sides of the wheel axle carefully.
